Petersen Automotive Museum - Renovation of the 20 year old, 300,000 square foot museum to be completed by Winter 2015. Renovation work will include a stunning new exterior design by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates that will wrap the museum with long ribbons of stainless steel.


Runway at Playa Vista will include over 220,000 square feet of retail, 420 residential units, and 30,000 square feet of office space spread across eleven acres. The retail complex, designed by Johnson Fain and developed by Lincoln Property Company, will feature wide sidewalks for outdoor dining, soothing water features, communal seating areas, fire pits and a direct connection Playa Vista’s Linear Park.


100 West Walnut in Pasadena, CA is a mixed-use development that would complement the existing office buildings on the site with the proposed development of 612,500 square feet of office uses, of which up to 22,500 square feet could be used for ancillary retail uses, 2,500 square feet of restaurant uses, 15,000 square feet of retail uses along the Fair Oaks Avenue frontage, and 475 residential units.


Horizon at Playa Vista - 500,000 square feet of commercial office space developed with Lincoln Property Company, completed in 2009; 350,000 square feet of office space completed in June 2010. The combined value of these properties is in excess of $350 million.
